Andrew Dean
Managing Director
Andrew is the co founder of DB Results and has over 20 years’ IT experience and has spent more than a decade providing billing systems to the local and international utilities marketplace, including a period based in Europe as head of one of the world’s leading customer management and billing companies.
Gavin Bunshaw
Senior Partner
Gavin is the co founder of DB Results and has 25 years’ IT experience, with a decade in the telecommunications sector, being responsible for the development of mobile billing systems and the delivery of one of the largest billing systems in Australia. He has spent the last 15 years providing billing, customer management and smart grid systems to the utilities marketplace, heading one of the world’s leading billing providers in Australia during that period.
Sally McLean
Chief Finance Officer
Sally has spent more than a decade working in finance for global software and service providers. Involved with DB Results since its inception, Sally is responsible for finance and administrative functions. Sally is a qualified CPA and brings a wealth of experience in managing the finance and administration areas of growing companies.
Tracy Kelly
Human Resource Manager
Tracy has worked in the IT and consulting industry for over 20 years, specialising in innovative resource management, HR policy and staff development. Tracy provides advice to management and staff in all areas of HR and her international recruitment experience and leadership qualities have helped her design resourcing models that have been used by Telstra, Qantas and Westpac.
Richard Johns
Sales Manager
Richard has over 20 years’ IT sales and marketing experience working with both local and global IT organisations. His broad experience has involved CRM, billing, information management, project management, software development, and managed services in a range of industries including utilities and financial services. Richard has a strong focus on working closely with clients to deliver successful outcomes and developing long term relationships.
John Porter
Program Director
John has over 25 years’ experience in IT project management, with a track record in establishing and leading mission critical programs that turn business strategy into sustainable operations. Having most recently spent the last 5 years as CIO at Lease Plan and the preceding 12 years at TRUenergy, John has extensive experience in the energy and utilities sector, leading industry initiated change programs covering the life cycle of product development through to servicing the customer.

Rhonda O'donnell
Non-Executive Director
Rhonda has extensive experience in international and local ICT and utilities industries and is a successful executive and board member in both the private and public sectors. Previously, Rhonda was CEO of ASX-listed company, Freshtel Holdings, and Chairman and President of Novell Asia Pacific where she was the architect behind Novell’s global strategy to capitalise on Linux and open source technology in emerging markets and successfully led Novell’s expansion into China and India. Prior to joining Novell, Rhonda was Managing Director of IT consulting firm Cambridge Technology Partners, which was acquired by Novell in 2001.
Jo-Anne Ruhl
Non-Executive Director
Jo-Anne has more than 15 years’ IT experience in the global utilities industry, having worked in various roles in the USA, Europe, South Africa, Australia and Asia. Most recently the Vice-President & General Manager for Japan and Asia Pacific at Oracle’s Tax and Utilities global business unit, Jo-Anne was responsible for all consulting and licensing of a multimillion dollar business.
Julian Brandes
Non-Executive Director
A seasoned global professional in IT for utilities, Julian spent over 30 years with SPL WorldGroup (SPL), a leading provider of revenue and operations management software for the utilities industry. Julian co-founded SPL-USA in 1981 and established the company’s entrance into the utility billing market with SPL’s CC&B product (subsequently acquired by Oracle). Julian continues to consult to Oracle management.
